Important Hancock County disaster meeting on 10/8/19

There have been some exciting things happening with the COAD that we are anxious to share. And even though it doesn’t feel like it outside, we need to start preparation for the warming center operations.

Tornado season

It is that time of year. Salvation Army Disaster Services as a Hancock County COAD partner will be joining Misty Moore, Director of Hancock County Emergency Management,  to do a mini-tabletop exercise at the May meeting of the Hancock County Character Council.

The meeting will be at the Sue Ann Wortman Cancer Center conference room at Hancock Regional on Wednesday, May 8th. Meeting starts at 7:00 AM and will be over before 8:30.
